We want you to love your new pots and planters. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help. Please read our return and refund terms below.
Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

For European Union customers, you also have the 14-day cooling-off period, where you may return your order for any reason.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be unused and undamaged.

Be in its original packaging with tags (if any).

Include the receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned:

Custom or personalized planters (special colors, engraved, or made-to-order).

Planter sets are missing parts.

Items showing signs of soil, water, or use.

Sale items and gift cards.
Damaged or Wrong Item
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your pot arrives broken, chipped, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@pendrex.com. We’ll review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.

Return Shipping Fee

A flat $4.99 return shipping fee applies to all returns.

This fee will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
Want a different size, color, or style?
The fastest way is to return your current item (once approved) and place a new order.
Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
