Pendrex, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, please check our refund and return policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused and in their original packaging
- In the same condition as when received
Custom or clearance items cannot be returned unless they are defective.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:

We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.
3. Return Shipping
If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or defective product), we cover return shipping.
If you are returning for other reasons (like changing your mind), you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm approval.
Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method (PayPal).
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Used, damaged (by the customer), or altered products
- Items returned after the 30-day window
- Gift cards or promotional items
